Meet Kaylin
Hi! I’m Kaylin.
I am a certified personal trainer and have been in the industry since 2016. I received my Fitness Leadership Diploma from Hilltop Academy. After working in a big box gym for a year I decided to venture out on my own. I rented a small gym space for a few months while I began building my own gym. I opened The Sweat Box Strength & Conditioning Ltd in Surrey in 2018. When we decided to move to Saskatoon for my husband’s work, I sold my gym space and have been continuing my online training over the last year and half. I have finally found a place to start training clients in person and I could not be more excited!
I believe that building muscle is essential for improving the quality of life and will keep you healthy as you get older. My goal is to help you build a solid foundation for movement in your daily life as well as building confidence and learning how to love your body no matter what season you are in. I love to celebrate the small wins as we work towards crushing your big goals.
In my free time I love hanging out with our dog, Maybel, painting, reading and checking out local restaurants.
